WE'RE HIRING:
SR.LANDSCAPE DESIGN REVIEW ENGINEER
+6 years' of experience
Job Scope:
Work closely with design groups and external landscape consultants to support project teams in creating sustainable landscape designs.
Develop innovative solutions to problems using sound critical reasoning to resolve and mediate on strategic and detailed decisions relating to a range of urban design, architectural, landscaping and land use issues.
Design review of soft and hard landscape design packages (drawings, Specifications and BOQ).
Design review of grading and retaining walls design packages.
Review detailed landscape.
Technical Skills Required:
Excellent design, drawing and report writing skills in Urban Design and Landscape architecture.
In-depth knowledge of the landscape discipline and its related branches (Hardscape, Softscape, Lighting, Grading, Furniture, Signage,..etc.)
In-depth knowledge of different materials/vendors and the state-of-the-art alternatives for better project value (performance & cost) with full awareness of material cost.
Proven technical track record working for prestigious developments.
Excellent interdisciplinary coordination skills and review capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, ACAD, Revit, Civil 3D and other relevant software.
Soft Skills:
-Self-motivated with high level of commitment and ownership.
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent English both written and spoken.
-Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban design planning or similar discipline.
