- Job Title: Tender Engineer (Specific in high End finishes)
Job Requirements:
• Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture or civil & Project Management (PRMG) is a plus Or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Experience: From 03 to 05 Years Strong knowledge of high-end finishing and fit-out project technicalities commercial, corporate, hospitality and residential.
Computer Skills: Preferred Good (Microsoft office package & AutoCAD & Primavera).
• Preferred to own a car.
Some of Job Description
• Studying project tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQS.
• Preparing technical & commercial offers according to company standards.
• Prepare "Request for Quotation" (RFQ) documents, analyze and compare responses from suppliers/vendors of all prices, delivery dates, terms, and conditions.
