Tendering Director "Construction & Infrastructure Projects"

Work location:- Head Office
Job duties:-
- Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project.
- Read the contract conditions carefully to consider it when preparing the tender.
- Contact the suppliers, subcontractors, and clients when needed to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline.
- Review the technical and commercial files after collecting the needed documents to be sent to the client to understand the organization’s capabilities.
- Negotiate with the clients and revise the tender to award the project to the company.
- Coordinate the contracting process with the Contract Department to ensure it is aligned with the clients’ and organization’s requirements.
- Manage the process of handing over the project documents and requirements to the operations team.
- Lead, supervise, and coach the tendering team and give them the needed support when needed.

Job requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Experience +20 years in the same field, especially in the Gulf area.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
