We're hiring :

Mechanical Design Engineer

Level : Senior

Work Location: Egypt | Dokki 🇪🇬

More information about the job responsibilities as following:
 
▪️Designing, creating, testing, and validating of sheet metal parts, copper busbar, enclosures , jigs, prototypes, and assemblies, in accordance with the applicable standards, using 3D modeling software (AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks).

▪️Simulating the new designs' performance by 3D Modeling
software including stress, frame, and modal analysis followed by real-life testing.

▪️Generating all manufacturing drawings, documentations, BOMs, BOQs, and assembly drawings so as to provide them to planning, production, supply chain, and quality departments.

▪️Recording and documenting all the mechanical data related to the design procedures.

▪️Maintaining design resources and libraries like CAD servers, standards (DIN, ISO, ASME, ANSI, ...etc.) with taking care to keep them up to date with relevant international standards.

▪️Capable of defining the technical specifications of the product components.

▪️Cooperate and coordinate with production and quality team to resolve issue and improve design quality.

▪️Review customer requirements and specifications and do the engineering work for assigned jobs, which would include but not limited to equipment layout drawings, BOM, SLD, section views, and design calculation as per agreed timelines.
