(Technical Support Engineer)
Purpose of Role:
Help Desk Support for Entire Network & Staff.
Responsible for the day to day management of PCs, monitors, laptops.
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC, Network switch, Printers, Copier Machine.
Ensuring the connectivity of PCs and laptops to both the local area network (LAN) and wide area network.
Actively listen to the concerns and needs of end users.
Ability to effectively document PCs and network problems and their associated solutions for future reference.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Job Requirements: -
Graduate from Faculty of Engineering/Computer Science/information system.
Experience from 1-3 years in similar position.
N+, A+ Certificate is a must.
Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN
system performance and resolves communications and networking problems.
Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks (HW-SW).
Hands on experience with network knowledge and documentation.
Working Location: New Damietta
