Customer service representative

▪️Job description:
- Handling customers through live chat
- Problem solving & Answering customer’s inquiries.
- Create ticket on CRM.
- Sending emails

▪️Working conditions:
📍 Work Location : Zahraa El Maadi
- Rotational shift ( from 9:00am to 10pm )
- 8 working hours including 30 min break.
- 2 days off ( Rotational )
- Salary : 4K Net.

▪️Job Requirements :
- Ex Call center
- Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong
- Strong data entry/typing skills.
