El Nahar for Medical Solutions Company is hiring now “HR & Admin Assistant"
Location: Dokki
Job Description: (Employee Relation & Admin Function)
• Complete the procedures for new hires (Hiring documents - Fingerprint - Etc )
• Complete the procedures for attendance (Fingerprint system, attendance documents, and working hours).
• Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law.
• Create and maintain personnel records for each employee.
• Review and manage employee after-hiring benefits including social insurance (form1, 2, 6).
• Deal directly with the labor office.
• Ensure all employees' database is up to date.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Meet HR department’s objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in an Executive Assistant/ Secretarial role/Social insurance.(at least 1 year)
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
