We 're hiring:

" Senior Contracts & Claims Engineer "
Work location :- Head Office

Job duties :-
1. Prepare Sub-Contractor database briefing Works history and official documents.
2. Prepare Quotation Request according to the project’s requirements clarifying technical specification, special requirements and BOQ.
3. Submit Quotation Requests to the Companies & Sub-Contractors approved by the management.
4. Compare between offers covering to select the best that can suit the project needs.
5. Handle negotiation with subcontractors through win-win solutions within the company policy for payment and cash-flow.
6. Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors in order to secure long term relation.
7. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
8. Assist in the preparation of claim report.
9. Support in preparing claims relating to EOT, Delay & Disruption, and Defective Performance.

Job requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Experience From 5-7 years in #construction is a must.
- CLAC, FIDIC Certified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
