Finance Manager
Location: New Nozha, Cairo & Obour City

Responsibilities & Duties:
-   Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
-   Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
-   Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
-   Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc. Ensure that these financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
-   Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
-   Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
-   Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
-   Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
-   Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
-   Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency. Analyze and validate accurate monthly financial ratios such as ROI, ROE, EPS, quick ratios, etc. 
-   Ensure accurate calculation & distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
-   Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
-   Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
-   Analyze and evaluate costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plan set, to develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
-   Monitor and manage cash flow, working with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
-   Assess and plan for the company's capital needs, including equipment purchases, facility expansion, and other investments. 
-   Prepare annual appraisal report for department staff through which KPIs are reviewed and set a developmental plan on the appraisal outcome, such as training …etc. in coordination with the HR department to ensure the professional and personal development of the team members.
-   Actively participate in evaluating investment opportunities, providing insights to maximize returns.
 
Qualifications & Skills required:
·  Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Finance Manager or similar role (Must have experience in hashtag#fashion retail industry).
·  CMA, CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
·  Excellent analytical mind and highly results oriented.
·  Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
·  High communication and interpersonal capabilities.
·  Proficient in use of MS Office and ERP system is a must (MS dynamics 365 is preferred).
·  Very good command of English language
