Hiring for one of the biggest FMCG Manufacturer Plants in Egypt due to their business growth and expansion

Sr. Accounts Receivables Accountant - SAP User

· Main Responsibilities: -

- Apply Order-to-Cash Cycle
- Maintain the customer register and make sure all customers’ legal document (commercial register – Tax ID – National ID) has been provided
- Approve sales order to the customer after reviewing the Customer's aging and credit limits
- Follow up on delivery notes and Create their Receivable Invoices
- Make sure all Receivable Invoices have been sent and Stamped on the tax portal
- Follow up on customers’ Collections and make sure its matched with payment term
- Generates a weekly report from the system on due cheques and makes sure it’s collected on their dates
- Prepare monthly customer Aging reports, and Assist in the Collection Plan
- Establishes a good relationship with the customers, handles their inquiries, and replies to all needed clarifications as requested
- Contacts and informs customers of overdue balances to ensure timely settlement.
- Ensures timely monitoring of the expired credit agreements and proper filing for the credit agreements
- Assists in end-of-month closing activities
- Prepares all related end-of-month and end of year report
- Prepare annual bad debts report
- Coordinates with internal and external auditors participating in end of period audit by providing related documents and materials
- Prepares and provides all related tax inspection requirements
- Performs any other related tasks requested from the Accounting Manager and/or Finance Director.

Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications/Education: -
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- From 5-10 Relevant years of experience in accounting
- FMCG Production experience is preferred
- SAP User is a must
- Good Command of MS Office Package
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
