We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Planning Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction degree.
- At least 7 years or more of work experience.
- With strong knowledge in civil and construction industry.
- Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- With expertise in using related tools & software like Primavera, MS Project, Microsoft Suite and Power Bi.
- Must have good experience in preparing EOT claims using time impact analysis along with window analysis.
- Can join immediately.
 
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to support the Project Managers and other departments with the necessary information to execute the project in time and within the allocated budget.
- Prepares baseline/ tender programs, covering the entire scope of works within the defined timelines.
- Detailing the activities involved in the project along with all required materials, manpower, machinery, and cost loading.
- Preparing progress S- Curves, manpower histograms, cash flow and KPI's.
- In charge of project monitoring. If there is any deviation or delay that may affect the initial plan, to review, and revise the program to meet the target date of completion.
- Coordination with all departments that are directly involved in the execution of projects.
- Preparing all required narratives, reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Preparing recovery, mitigation, and revised programs.
