Job Description:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements:
- (1-3) years of experience.
- Females can apply.
- Excellent communication, handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English language.

Salary: 4000 L.E basic + (400-800) Incentive
