Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
7+ years of experience in a relevant position
HR certificate/diploma is a Must.
Mastery of Microsoft Office package
Experience in construction companies is a plus.
Experience in different HR functions such as Learning & Development, Training Planning, Analysis & Manpower Planning & Organizational Development & Talent Management is a must.
