Position : Site Supervision Director
Experience : +20 Years
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Site Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a multiple sites, with a focus on safety, quality, customer service, cost management and efficiency.
The purpose of a Site Director is to oversee the operations of a business's site, ensuring that all aspects of the site run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
 Lead Supervision team for a number of projects
Planning, managing and coordinating all operations of the site
Follow up to Ensure that all activities are in compliance with regulations, standards and procedures
Leading, managing and motivating site staff
Ensure and maximizing efficiency and productivity of the site
Developing and monitoring safety and security policies and procedures
Managing site budgets and resources
Monitoring and controlling hazardous materials
Liaising with external parties, such as customers and suppliers
Follow up to Ensure that construction works are made to specified standard and quality.
Follow up to Ensure that the Quality System is applied, as far, as is applicable, to construction operations and workmanship are in compliance with project requirements.
Controlling the project program to ensure timely and economic completion.
Follow up to Ensure that effective corrective actions are taken on identified problems.
Compilation and preparation of project specific quality procedures/documentation, whenever this is required.
Participating in reviews to determine the status adequacy and effectiveness of quality procedures/ documentation.
Submitting supervision proposals whenever needed.
Communicating with clients, Designers, Engineers, and other stake holders.
Preparing and submitting reports concerning projects progress, cost, and budget
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
20 Years of Experience, at least 10 years in same position
+5 years of experience in Gulf Are
 Experience in managing and coordinating construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel
Project management and supervision skills.
Technically strong in fast tracking of mega projects
Must be very organized and have effective problem solving, leadership and negotiation skills.
Extensive knowledge in Revit.
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Familiarity with construction safety measures and procedures
