Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
-Years of Experience: 20+ in the field of power transmission and distribution businesses, IPMA Or PMP Certified.
-Language: Fluent in English spoken and written, French is added value
-Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Micro Soft Projects, Primavera, AutoCAD readers.

Technical Competencies:
-Very high skills and ability to manage fast-track projects.
- Focus on the critical technical project management elements such as schedules, control, and financial aspects.
-Have very good knowledge of socioeconomic influences and project management processes including the project management knowledge areas.
-Very High knowledge of high voltage substations and the risks generated by brownfield working conditions.
-Very high knowledge of the overhead transmission and its maintenance under tension.
-Very good experience in African countries' nature
