And Have the Basic Knowledge, Skills & Abilities To...
1- Review the petty cash from the site accountants and purchase invoices and recording to the system and checking the accuracy of all related documents.
2- Communicate with the site accountants and warehouse management to apply the contractor’s deductions to the claims from the warehouse.
3- Reviewing the subcontractors contracts with the contracting department.
4- Communicate with the technical office to Prepare the monthly contractors claims along with the all constructions Purchases and checking the accuracy and prices.
5- Communicate with payable department and treasury department to arrange the payment.
6- Prepare a consolidated project cost report that includes all has been spent on the projects from raw materials and dues to subcontractors to determine the total cost for each project separately.
7- Review the petty cash from the site accountants and purchase invoices and recording to the system and checking the accuracy of all related documents.
