Responsibilities: . Experience in Manufacturing companies is a MUST • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. • Manage and lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and comply with regulatory requirements. • Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and variances, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. • Coordinate and oversee the annual external audit process, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audit deliverables. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and senior management, to support financial planning and strategic initiatives. • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize financial resources and support business growth. • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial transactions to maintain accuracy and compliance. • Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend process improvements. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations. • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred. • Must have experience more Than 10 years. • Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar managerial role. • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with Odoo. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
