Mechanical Procurement Team leader
Job Purpose:
•Study the project DOCS, (Specs, BOQ, dwg, Contract Time Schedule. Prepare documentations for internal process (supply and install plan and MRP) for Mega projects
•Review the evaluation for new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and make sure purchase agreements with them achieving optimum cost , quality , payment terms and conditions are met
•Review Material submittals as per project specifications and following up with the consultant
•Review POs and ensure that matched with MRs sent from sites , design, Quantities Survey and Approval datasheet .
•Review variation orders and Cost claims, follow up the approval with clients
•Helping manager in handling the team everyday duties and making sure everyone follows the organization's rules and policies.
•oversee a team of employees and are responsible for making sure that everyone is doing their job correctly.
Job requirements:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: +7 Years’ experience
