Job Description

Dira Consulting Group is currently looking for highly qualified candidates for:
Planning Engineer

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Faculty of Engineering in civil/architecture or equivalent technical discipline.
•   2 to 5 years of experience in Planning and/or Cost Control field, and follow-up of Construction Projects, Primavera Enterprise.
•   Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Excel & MS Word.
•   Knowledge of Oracle Database

Key Responsibilities
Set project time schedules and Baseline.
Monitor and control the periodically baseline updates.
Preform the weekly and monthly reports with a dashboard.
Build the revised/recovery plans in assists with the project management team.
Monitor the project resources.
Advise project management based on the project schedule.
Monitor work progress, maintain project overall status, and report regularly.
Handle contractual correspondences with the project manager.
Prepare EOT Claims.
