Fresh graduates are welcomed.
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
· Assist at HR Functions tasks
· Assists at Projects manager tasks.
📌Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· One year of related experience preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Very good English Languages.
