We are hiring:

Accountant for a travel agency

Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations and tasks that take place within the company's accounting department.

Auditing and revising all the daily journal, bank reconciliation
Auditing the BSP reconciliation
Follow up the sales records and refunds
Manage the accounts for the hotel suppliers ,Online and ADM
Auditing on the balance sheets and the employees sales accounts
Oversee accounting department employees.
Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Implementing and applying accounting methods, principles, and policies.
Monitoring accounts receivables and payables.
Controlling cash payments and reporting on cash flow
Controlling and monitoring all expenses.
Reviewing and monitoring the taxes on the company
Responsible for handling external & internal audit requirements

Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
Solid knowledge of accounting reporting standards.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Travel industry
Able to handle tax & internal audits (Auditing background).
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Excellent accounting software user
Very Good command English Language.
Able to motivate the team
Decision Making.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
