Green Modeling Contracting is Hiring:

Accountant

Requirements :

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any relevant field.
-Experience Needed: 1 -3 years of solid experience/construction is preferable -Good to Very Good English speaker
-Excellent user of Excel

Responsibilities:

-Create monthly invoices
-Create and develop the cost accounting system, documents, and department records.
-Prepare periodic reports showing the utilization ratio, expenses & and revenues, transfers, and inventory.
-Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
-Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
-Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
-Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
-Analyze any changes in services provided to determine what effect it has on the cost.
-Make estimates of new and proposed service costs.
-Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of services.
-Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
-Create presentations that show the workflow of the department.
