(Call Center Agent)as per the below criteria:
Job Responsibilities :
· Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
· Providing accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and handling complaints.
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
· Maintaining detailed customer records and documentation
· Adhering to company policies and procedures
· Good in English (both written and verbal)
· Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written skills,
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Familiarity with basic computer software and online platforms
· 1-2 years' experience in customer service field.
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
. Professional usage of Microsoft Office
· 5 working days/ 2 off days on a rotational basis
· 9 working hours per day with a One hour break
· Shifts: Rotational for males & females maximum 10:00 PM.
· Location: Zamalek.
