Position: HR Section Head
As the HR Section Head, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of the Human Resources department, with a specific focus on Organizational Development (OD), Compensation and Benefits, and the Administration of HR Information Systems (ARP system). You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Organizational Development (OD):
Develop and implement OD strategies to enhance the organization's performance, culture, and employee engagement.
Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry standards and trends.
Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Manage the annual performance appraisal process and salary reviews.
Administration of HR Information Systems (ARP system):
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system (ARP system).
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees using the HRIS.
Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS to inform decision-making and HR strategies.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage workload distribution and set clear objectives for team members.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and standards.
Communicate and enforce HR policies consistently across the organization.
Address employee relations issues and conflicts as they arise.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management.
Utilize data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience from 5:7 in HR, with a focus on OD, Compensation and Benefits, and HRIS administration.
Proven experince as Hr Section Head at least 2 years .
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
