Job Description

Cleopatra Hospitals Group is currently hiring:
Personnel Specialist to join our HR team
Main Responsibilities
. Receives and reviews distribution reports
from employees
. Settle salaries before transferring them and
verify the accuracy of reports. . Manage workflow to ensure all payroll
transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
. Understanding the tax system that is paid. . Implement timesheets, process attendance
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
• Works closely with human resources and accounting on all payroll related issues
. Maintains employee records and updates the database that includes employment history records, interest records, and current
employment status . Maintains employee confidence and protects
operations by maintaining confidentiality of
information . Responsible for employees' vacations.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
functions.
-V.Good command of Microsoft Excel is a must -Excellent communication Attention to details
