Badreldin Development is hiring Senior Facility Engineer for KAYAN Compound located in El Shiekh Zayed

about the job:

· Manage and lead a team of facility engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all facilities and equipment within the compound.
· Prepare and manage the annual facility management budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and timely repairs.
· Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to obtain competitive quotes, negotiate contracts, and oversee their work to ensure quality service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
· Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate the team's response during critical situations.
· Conduct regular inspections of residential facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns, and take appropriate action to address them.
· Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with facility management services.
· Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, budget expenditures, and facility performance for management review.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Electrical or Mechanical
5 years of experience in facility management in Compounds
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
