Al-Ahram Plus Company for Building Materials is hiring:
Book-Keeping (responsible for archiving and bookkeeping of all firm's finance-related documents)
Managing Payables (responsible for supplier and third-party payments processing and handling)
Managing Receivables (responsible for managing payments collection and invoice distribution across the client base of the firm)
Managing Financial Accounts (responsible for managing the bank accounts and investment monitoring of the company's financial assets)
Handling & Managing The Tax Statements & Payments With Tax adviser (preparing the statements & making the transfers under the supervision of the corporate tax lawyer's guidance)
Managing Period Reporting (receivables, expenses, & payables)
Make sure all the accounting entries is booked on our ERP system to be able to close our financial statement.
Reviewing & follow up the credit notes and customers deductions.
Reviewing tax returns on monthly basis (VAT, WTH, Stamp, Nonresident, ….) and following up of paying on time.
Tax inspection for all kind of taxes on our company.
Payments follow up.
Reviewing & Approving bank reconciliation.
Analyzing the P&L & BS accounts ledgers and adjustment entries if any.
Responsible on statutory audit for issuing our annual financial statements.
5 - 10 years of experience.
A degree in accounting.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Bachlor Degree in Accounting.
Optimize & Minimize Cost / Ensuring Cost Efficiency
Expert In Financial Reporting Tools (minimum Microsoft Excel)
Tax Law Expertise & Awareness
