We data is hiring ( IT Network Engineer ) with the below requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering/ Computer science or its relatives
0-2 years of Experience in same field (operating network products )
CCNP (R&S) is preferred
CCNP data center is preferred
Good understanding of network technologies
 
Key tasks:
Receive and respond to calls
Provide guidance and solution for routine problems or queries to ensure problem resolution with specified time scales
Escalate complex problems to the relevant person and ensure the caller is apprised of his action
Provide monitoring of the systems to ensure smooth operations
Set up equipment to given parameters so it can operate to the required outputs and tolerances
Operate the equipment to produce the required results in line with given work schedules
Identify and equipment malfunctions, make adjustments if possible or inform supervisor promptly so repairs can be affected
Maintain and improve personal knowledge of IT systems by attending internal and external training
