Responsibilities:
- Equipping and preparing the precedent of workers for the company.
- Tender study in terms of pricing and activation of the cost control principle.
- Management of the main contractors and sub-contracts in teams of Pre-construction, construction & close out.
- Experience in sites especially with carrying out finishing.
 
Qualifications
- Architectural engineer
- Experience from 3 - 5 years in same field
- Aware of time programs and follow-up work
- Work on 3d MAX is a must.
- Background in Render & Sketchup programs.
