Position: Senior HR Specialist
Experience: +3 Years
Office Location: Dokki

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution.
Policy Development and Implementation.
Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Employee Engagement and Retention.
Process and maintain personnel records and files, ensuring completion of employee credentials and developing files for new hires, adhering to the personnel filing system.
Monitor employee attendance and manage vacation requests.
Prepare memos for salary releases and payments for current and resigned staff.
Analyze and compile HR data to create reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements:
+3 Years of proven experience in HR (software house or agency)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, PR, or a related field.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining personnel records and files.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data analysis and report generation.
