Chief Accountant

**Objectives of this Role :

1- Reviewing financial statements and reporting on any errors or anomalies in accounting methodology.
2- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timelines of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed.
3-Reviewing financial statements and reporting on any errors or anomalies in accounting methodology.
4-Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders such as attorneys and external parties such as customers or suppliers.
5-Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough money available to cover upcoming expenses.
6-Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns, regulatory filings, and stock offerings.
7-Participating in or leading internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization’s financial management system.
8- Ensure compliance with tax regulation (including team guidance, preparation, and processing of Corporate Tax, WHT, VAT, Transfer Pricing, E-Invoice, Payroll Tax, Social Security and other regulatory filings and payments in a timely manner.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in an accounting role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA designation.
- Working knowledge GAAP .
