Job Title: Site Engineer
Job location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza

Requirements
Education: BSc. of Civil Engineering or Architectural
Experience: From 01 to 04 Years
Computer skills:
•Must have good experience in AutoCAD, Basic knowledge Revit, Microsoft office.
Job Knowledge
•Must have good experience in AutoCAD, Basic knowledge Revit.
Experience in Site Construction work & High End Finishing.
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Able to manage multi-Tasks per project Such as Construction & High End Finishes.
Worked on residential and commercial projects
Some of Responsibilities:
Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.
Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines.
Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Should handle finishinsg works in the assigned project/s.
Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants and resolves problems in the area of finishing’s to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.
Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers.
To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
To check the stacking and storage of materials in various and stores of the site with neatness.
To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work
Working Details
Days of work: Weekly From Saturday to Thursday
Hours Of work: Daily form 09:00 AM to 05:00 Pm
Annual Leave: 21 Days as per Egyptian Labor Law.
Probation Period: Three (03) Months from contract date.
