Construction Company is looking to hire a “Senior Accountant”

Job Description

·Maintain up-to-date accounts payable system
·Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
·Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
·Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of
payment.
·Monitor Vendors account details for terms of payment, credit terms and other irregularities
·Enter all Service Provider invoices into the System after receiving approved purchase orders.
·Prepare and submit Deduction and addition tax and vat Returns within the specified period.
·Verify, allocate, post and reconcile prepaid & Accrual Accounts
·Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
·Assisting with annual audit preparations.
·Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

·3-5 years of experience in the construction Field is a MUST.
·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
·Technical expertise in using MS applications.
·Work experience in ERP accounting systems is preferable.
·Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
·High Confidence and personal skills.
·Good team player with a positive attitude.
