Job Description:
Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
Analyze industry and demand trends and support the management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
 
 
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
Proven experience in the same industrial field is a MUST
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
Proficient in appropriate software.
Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
