J&T Express Egypt is Hiring a ( Customer Service Agent ) position in Sohag Branch
1、Answer the calls and manage workflow between departments Via E-mail.
2、Make outbound calls to follow up and answer the customers inquiries.
3、Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
4、Following up with the customers by making outbound calls.
5、Build a good rapport with customers over the phone.
6、Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
7、Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator
8、Co-operate with the Operation Department to handle abnormal cases.
1、 Bachelor degree or above.
2、Experience in customer service from 6 months to 2 years
3、Excellent communication skills.
4、Good English Level.
5、Have very good handling and communication skills.
Days off: One day off
Working hours: 8 hours
