for immediate hiring we're seeking for the following positions in Alexandria Branch:-

Technical Office Architect ( Alexandria Residence Only )

key Responsibilities:-

- 5 years of experience as technical office architect
- Review design drawings submitted by consultants and proposing solutions and alternatives to existing problems.
- Resolve arising conflicts between various disciplines.
- Modify a building design to accommodate requirements and visions. Review package drawings and details to coordinate with other disciplines (structure , MEP )
- Ability to design prototype plans including facades.
- Prepare working drawing and all details if required

Requirements:
1-Auto cad ( must )
2-Adobe Photoshop(must)
3-office (must)
4-can work on 3d-max (optional)

Site Engineer :- ( Ras El Hekma Site )

Key Responsibilities:
·        Monitoring and controlling the works quality.
·        Following up on the works progress on a daily basis.
·        Preparing quality and progress reports.
·        Reviewing the contractors’ invoices
·        Following up on the works done from our side (earthworks, leveling and soil replacement)
 
Requirements:
 
1-     Civil Engineer.
2-     5-7 years of experience as a site engineer client side.
3-     good command of AutoCAD, word, excel and power point
4- Alexandria Residence Only

Coordination and control Site Engineer/ Planner:- (Ras El Hekma Site)

Key Responsibilities:
·        Monitoring and controlling the site progress.
·        Following up on the contractors’ baselines.
·        Preparing progress reports and project dashboard.
·        Preparing the master baseline of the project
 
Requirements:
 
1-     Civil Engineer.
2-     5-7 years of experience in planning and controlling client side.
3-     primavera professional.
4-     Good command of word, excel and power point
