A remarkable plug and play "HR Generalist" is needed to join the Human Resource Team at QNB Alahli Life Insurance .
 
The promising candidate shall be carrying on such responsibilities:
-        Follow up with newly hired staff on their preemployment procedures
-        Supporting HR Team leader during the hiring process and documentation
-        Making sure of following` and applying the right filing and archiving steps at the HR department
-        Confirming with different departments the alignment of onboarding phase on their newly hired staff
The nominated candidate must have the following qualifications:
-        0-1 year of experience in HR field
-        Attentive to details
-        Highly Remarkable Organizing Skills
-        Effective Team Player
-        High Interpersonal Skills
