Job Description
•Set recruitment plan and execute interviews and selection process.
•Develop recruitment process and procedures.
•Set the yearly training plan based on training needs assessment.
•Set monthly reports and keep tracking for HR KPI's.
•Monitoring turnover control limit and issuing analysis reports.
•support any HR tasks required (organization development, administration, personnel, payroll)
Job Requirements
•3:7 years' experience as HR field
•University degree in business is preferred.
•awareness of HR processes and functions (recruitment, personnel, payroll, training, OD)
•Giza resident is a must
•Available to start within one week.
