Indigo Company located on the 6th of October hires HR Manager with the below requirements: -
1- Develop and Implement effective recruiting strategies in terms of selection and type of hiring
2- Set the annual manpower plan, and its implementation
3- Plan and design the training and development plan by analyzing the performance gap, and the company's strategic direction and oversee the interaction with the training providers to develop and enhance the staff
4- Create and Manage the performance management System and facilitate the process of launching the annual objectives setting by training the managers on designing and managing the SMART objectives with clear KPIs.
5- Design and re-engineer all HR and Admin-related policies to ensure fair treatment among all employees with a very strong system and rules in place.
6- Oversee the payroll process by supervising the reports to ensure the efficiency of the payroll process across
7- Ensuring that all personnel practices comply with Egyptian Labor Low
8- Oversee the administration functions regarding medical care, housekeeping, clinics, Licenses, employees' transportation, and travel accommodation
- 10 years of experience in different HR areas.
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a must
- Advanced MS Excel
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
- Can work within tight deadlines
- Has a high sense of urgency with a positive attitude
