We are Hiring:
Senior Technical Architect (Job Based in El Gouna)

Job Purpose:

The senior Technical Architect will be responsible on architectural and landscape schematic designs to produce/ deliver beautifully resolved, meticulous and technically robust solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Working in the technical design team
- Reporting to technical Design Manager
- Develop, document & deliver beautifully resolved, meticulous and technically robust solutions for details and design problems
- Take over design after schematic drawings phase, with a focus on landscape designs
- Resolve projects starting from detailed drawing DD phase, continued by BOQ breakdowns and site follow up
- Advise architect designers on specific detailing and enhancements on designs
- Deliver full technical drawings packages
- Deliver full BOQ breakdowns to be coordinated and priced by PM team
- Be able to revise priced BOQs and search for VE solutions
- Required to anticipate and proactively resolve technical project’s challenges
- Work hand in hand with architect designers and BOQ specialists to deliver the best possible standard or customized products
- Coordinate and communicate guidelines and specifications with external consultants when needed
- Set new benchmarks with new detailing and material handling
- Support and share expertise with all team members
- Align SLAs with office Project Manager (PMO)

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s of Architectural Engineering.
- 3-5 Years of Experience.
- Real Estate Background.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Excel is essential
- Background in Primavera is a plus
- Background in Landscape design is a plus
- Experience in the field of material specifications and selection is a plus
