Qualifications
Excellent management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Mastery of accounting and tax preparation software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to work under stress for long hours.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
Experience with accounting software (e.g. MS Dynamics)
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using
advanced formulas)
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team management skills
Ability to prioritize work
BS degree in Accounting
Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
· Five years or more of related experience required.
· Certified Public Accountant designation highly preferred.
