We are hiring:

Mechanical Procurement Team leader

Job Purpose:

• Study the project DOCS, (Specs, BOQ, dwg, Contract Time Schedule. Prepare documentations for internal process (supply and install plan and MRP) for Mega projects
• Review the evaluation for new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and make sure purchase agreements with them achieving optimum cost , quality , payment terms and conditions are met
• Review Material submittals as per project specifications and following up with the consultant
• Review POs and ensure that matched with MRs sent from sites , design, Quantities Survey and Approval datasheet .
• Review variation orders and Cost claims, follow up the approval with clients
• Helping manager in handling the team everyday duties and making sure everyone follows the organization's rules and policies.
• oversee a team of employees and are responsible for making sure that everyone is doing their job correctly.
Job requirements:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: +7 Years’ experience
