Senior Procurment Engineer
8+ years of experience in Procurement construction field is a MUST
• Supervision and monitor the procurement life cycle of the project and make sure that the procurement life cycle corresponds to the schedule and the intended budget
• Make sure that the quantities in the Purchase Order are prepared by main contractor in a proper way and that the materials correspond to the approved materials
• Prepare RFQ , evaluate offers received, prepare comparison sheet
• Advice for difference in market offer to highlight differences in the technical and economical quotation
• On selected items: Supervise the receiving of Material Submittals with respect to the project Specification, Method of Statements and Standards of practice submitted by suppliers.
• Continually review the suppliers’ submissions (specs, material samples) schedule during the progress of site works and according to the procurement schedule
• Proposing specific market alternatives of procurement list
