Qualifications:-

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on different functions.

- Real Estate Developments companies' experience is a MUST.

- Strong Communication & Diplomacy Skills.

- MBA will be a plus.

- Other HR studies will be a benefit – Preferably Certified Assessor.
