Location: North Coast

Job Description

Creating and revising invoices for Customers on the System
Calculate & review the maintenance deposit.
Preparing weekly reports for High management about the ages of customer balances.
Preparing bank and cash reports.
Customer’s collection follow-up.
Preparing bank and cash reports.
Customer collection follow-up reports.
Assist in preparing Trial Balance.

Job Requirements

6-10 years experience in accounting with Real Estate, Residential
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proficient at an intermediate level with MS Excel.
Strong accounting skills and oral/written communication
Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
Dependable, self-starter, and motivated.
