Structural Design Section Head 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
(15+) years of experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of design principles and standards with different codes.
Comprehensive knowledge of structural design programs and software.
Proficiency in Revit software and Knowledge about BIM concepts and tools - Preferably a master's degree in Structural Engineering.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the department as a business unit to align budget and strategic business objectives.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the department.
- Supervising and assisting the team in design work, technical review of outputs,
conformity with technical standards, and correction of technical deviations.
Communicate with existing and new clients to develop business, complete
technical documents, solve problems, and make site visits if necessary. Managing projects within the department, achieving goals in a timely manner, and coordinating with other internal parties to complete tasks technically and administratively.
Working on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and ensuring the correct application of all technical and administrative information, preparing the required reports, and making and applying the required performance measurements.
