SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT

(4-7 Years Exp.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for producing creative concepts for projects.
Developing Project design packages,
reports and presentations. • Developing Conceptual design into consistent and coordinated design
package. • Provide design direction and ensure alignment with project brief regulation.
Adhere to building codes/Fire and life
safety code requirements. • Coordinating with other departments to
meet design intent and quality.
• Define, Identify and specify building
material and façade systems. • Train, lead, guide and support Architects/ junior Architects.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
4+ years of relevant experience. • Proficient in a 3D modeling software (3D MAX-
Revit).
Revit).
• Proficient in AutoCad.
• Proficient in using a visualization software (Vray- Corona - Lumion).
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
• Being creative, eager to self-develop and a good
researcher.
Very good knowledge of materials application
