Living Yards Developments is currently looking to hire:

Senior and Junior “Accountants”

with 2 – 5 years of experience.

Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered)
- Experience in real estate brokerage or real estate developers or insurance companies is a MUST
- ERP experience is a MUST
- Full knowledge in financial sheets.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Very Good English & Arabic languages, writing & speaking.
- Negotiation Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Microsoft Office very good user

Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing (Income sheets, Balance sheets, Cash flow, etc…)
- Review and disbursement of all company accounts
- Reviewing checks, cash and all payments received from clients
- Handel all customer's payments
- Ensure that payments are matched with expenses and projects
- Payment plan and its customizations
- Review all accounts
- Preparing and reviewing the budget
