We Are Hiring for one of the biggest contracting companies located in New Cairo:
(1) General Accountant.
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:-
·      Manage all accounting transactions and entries.
·      Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
·      Follow up on the cash in, cash out, bank transactions and reconciliation.
·      Ensure timely bank payments.
·      Responsible for doing sudden and periodic count to inventory and follow up the balances
·      Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
·      Publish financial statements in time.
·      Keeping the accounting documents well organized.

( 2 ) Site Accountant.
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for connection between finance department of the company and site in order to facilitate managing the project accounting and administrative works, and control the expenses to ensure of achieving goals optimally at the lowest cost.
Responsibilities:-
• Control the site's petty cash and settle it with the financial Department.
• Handling day-to-day accounts transactions.
• Handle and follow all actions in the warehouse.
• Responsible for preparing and follow-up inventory records, item cards and documentary movement, and submit the follow-up reports to financial department.
• Responsible for attendance and departure of site workers and count sanctions and bonuses of employees and submit it to human resources department of the company.
• Follow up on the site rentable  equipment workflow and submit the reports of it's working period to financial department.
