"Senior Tendering & Contracting Engineer":

Job Description:
⚫ Study the project's documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
To review contractors, vendors and suppliers quotations to determine the best price and delivery date, and Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation.
Engaged in the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.
• Provide cost estimate and cost analysis.
⚫ Provide quantity surveying and materials quantities take off, and Review and recommend the adoption of extracts, claims from contractors, consultants' claims and audits as necessary.
Review and recommend the issuance of change orders and technical and financial analysis provided by any
party and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
Receipt, review and evaluation of submitted bid documents.
Assist Lead Contracts Engineer or Project Contracts Manager and/ or Client in contract negotiations. Maintain and ensure completeness of all Project related contractual and commercial records and facilitate archiving as required
Job Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with contractors/subcontractors and stakeholders. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
⚫ Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills. • ⚫Proficiency in Arabic & English, both oral and written. AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
⚫Able to work under pressure and Able to work independently. ⚫Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
⚫ 5-7 years of experience in the field of Tendering & Contracting for urban development projects.
